Class Descriptions

Aqua Barre - Shape and tone your whole body to a long lean muscle look. This class increase joint flexibility, helps tone and shape your body all while improving coordination and agility.

Aqua Zumba - This class is an upbeat aerobic workout that used Zumba moves and music but adapted to the water to add non-impact resistance.

Arthritis class - A recreational exercise program that is designed to accommodate those who are impacted by arthritis or arthritis-like symptoms. This class encourages self-care, provides social interaction, improves muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. Also helps to mange pain and relive symptoms.

BODYCOMBAT™ BODYCOMBAT™ - BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYFLOW® BODYFLOW® - BODYFLOW® is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centred.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

BODYSTEP™ Classic BODYSTEP™ Classic - BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

Barre - Shape and tone your body like a dancer to achieve long, lean muscles. Increase joint flexibility, tone and shape, and improve coordination and agility.

Chair Yoga - Moves your whole body through a complete series of seated or standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated or standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Core 15 - Build core muscle strength and posture using a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles all while increasing your flexibility. This is a 15 minute class and pairs perfectly with a longer cardio or upper body workout.

Cross Train - Push yourself with intervals of cardio with body-weight exercises and weight plates. Class includes tabata and drills.

Cross Train 30 - In a rush? Try our 30-minute cardio workout to make the most of your time. Quick, intense cardio with modifications and active recovery. Feel the RUSH! Come to class warmed up and ready to work.

Cycle 45 - Riding drills to focus on endurance, strength, and recovery. May call one hour prior to class to reserve bike except for early AM classes.

Cycle Fusion - Energize your week with cardio and strength training. A true cross trainer’s delight, including Cycle and toning drills.

Deep water exercise - A high intensity cardio and strength building class with no impact or strain on your muscles. Participants are encouraged to use flotation devices (provided) and be comfortable in deep water that is over one's head.

Forever Fit - A low-impact, low intensity workout that combines cardio and strength training, as well as flexibility and balance training. Chair options for part or all of the class.

Gentle Yoga - Gentle yoga postures and meditative, restful music to create a calm, refreshed feeling.

Go Lo - Low impact class to strengthen your heart and lungs. Improves bone density with weight bearing moves.

Go Lo 45 - Low impact 45 minute class to strengthen your heart and lungs. Improves bone density with weight bearing moves.

Hydro-Pilates - Uses a series of Pilates related movements that emphasize strengthening and lengthening of the core. Learn precise breathing, muscle control and mind/body awareness to stabilize the torso, improve posture, reduce stress and increase flexibility. Class uses a water noodle for flotation for portions of the class.

Moderate Fit - Mid-impact exercises help build your cardio endurance. Finish with toning and abdominal exercises for a total body workout!

Power Sculpt - Tone and tighten, look leaner and more defined! Use strength training to help reach your goals.

RPM™ RPM™ - RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.

SH'BAM™ SH'BAM™ - SH'BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Your instructor will guide you through simple, sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.

Shallow water Aerobics - Designed to burn fat, strengthen muscles and build endurance, this class includes intense cardiovascular components followed by strength training.

Stretch It! 15 - Enjoy the benefits of gentle stretching after your workout for 15 minutes. Increases flexibility, enhances mental well being and helps prevent injury.

Tai Chi - Reduce stress and gain balance with gentle, flowing movements. Suitable for all levels and abilities,Tai Chi increases flexibility and strength while improving posture and body awareness.

Warm water Aerobics - Exercise in warm water has unique benefits. This class will evenly distributed muscles resistance, improved blood flow and muscle recovery, provide a safer exercise, cause fewer daily aches and pains, and lead to better sleep.

Wednesday Warrior - A challenging interval workout, with circuits to build strength and cardio endurance.

Weekend Warrior - A challenging interval workout, with circuits to build strength and cardio endurance.

Yoga - Yoga postures and meditation combined to create a mind-body experience with a focus on connecting your breathing to the flow of the movements.

Zumba - An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Zumba Gold - Adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
